As with all online games, or most at least, you reach a point where you are no longer interested. I've gone as far as I can as a non-member on Runescape, and I'm searching for a new one. Anyone got any ideas? Games that are not seperated by "Members" and non-members are good to me.

Well friend, although runescape is a thing of the past for me I can tell you that it takes 6 USD and no personal or credit numbers to get a runescape membership. It's easiest to buy an ultimate gamer card from walmart. 
Although I hate it the game clubpenguin is also enjoyed by a lot of gamers.

I used to play Club Penguin and I totally hated it. One big waste of computer memory. I left after a week or so.
I used to be a member on Runescape, but I got tired of that too and canceled the membership. I've pretty much left that too.
